Hi Trust 1, More posts have gone adrift, the last one being a reply to me from Moonbeam. I think HU need to be contacted again. The problem is , it's just intermittent so some posts get through OK.

Thank you for letting me know about this. HU maintain they are still investigating. Could you please email them yourself on [e-mail] Any added complaints may help escalate things.
