My son was getting high ALT results highest being 168 he went for a ultra sound today, they told him everything looked healthy, but he's Dr may say make some syndronic changes, anyone got any ideas what that means

It probably means depending on what the doctor sees on the scan, your son may be advised to make some changes to his diet to improve his health
