Hi all, just to let you know I have had the results of my scan and everything is good, correct sizes for liver, spleen, no stones in gall bladder, no lesions or anything on liver. I feel like I have swerved a massive disaster.
Love, laughs and peace always xxxx

I did with myself a deal that i will drink ONLY on special occasions. Since i didnt had one for the last 7 months, i just didnt drink. I think that last years daily drinking for me was out of being bored really plus trying to improve mood. Anyway i am glad i giving my liver a break and its not that hard really. sometimes i feel like a beer or glass of whiskey but i made a deal with myself which i cant break.
But I can't drink at all I cannot 3yrs sober I drink again I'm sorry they did say I wouldn't last very long please don't drink I been in hell for years unbaluvable hell and I cant spell stay strong!
Ment same here to someone as in not binge drinking not social just a greedy alcoholic some people can have one drink a day week I don't no .
DEPENDS ON WHAT YOUR BODY CAN TAKE BUT ONE WARNING IS TO MANY THAT WAS ME PERSONALLY THE FEAR OF LOSING MY LIFE which was the only thing that could make it reality
I do agree boredom is a huge issue and it is replacing the drinking with something more meaningful. For me now I feel I have a new lease of life, a new job and I am focussing on this. I try not to live too far into the future, here and now is more important.
Overwhelmed I mean this with fantastic news the wait the anxiety I'm so happy this is the second reply today to say I wish you everything and keep yourself safe don't go through this again .best wishes
I think you are all brilliant! You all take care. Lots if love Lynne xxxx
