20/20! Plus Paris centre closing 😢

Hi

Feel really chuffed. Went to specialist. GGT of 29, kidneys 91%, myfortic snd tacrolimus residues great. Fibroscan of 4.8. He said he gave me a 20/20. Next appointment in 3 months, 14.5 months post tx here in France.

Only bad news is my tx centre is closing as they have too many in Paris area. It’s a shame but team are moving a few miles away to another great centre. There were 4 in Paris, now just 3. Mine used to do 100 a year. I don’t know how many each U.K. centre does.

Hi i have not spoken to you for a while now .im still not sorted out yet i feel times running out for me .my drs found my liver enlarged on the ultra sound scan it also said mild fatty infiltration .i was sent to a gastro at the local hospital i told him about my liver pain and my burning blotchy palms and my spider nevi and my bowels not working propereley .i could see he did not believe me at all .he ordered another ultra sound and a fibro scan this was in january my ultra sound still said enlarged liver .i had no acities and a normal spleen .the fibro scan said 4.8 kpa and cap score of 231 .then the gastro never saw me again was off ill for months .i rang up the hospital because of my pain in liver and bowels not working and burning hands .they did not care got a letter in the post denying i had chirrhosis and said go back to gp .i have she will not help says i have A fatty liver i told her the truth i drank for 18 years 25 /30 units most weeks so how could i have nafld ?.she didnt believe me .i feel terrible i know my livers decompensated because of my bowels i take lactulose just to move them .what can i do now to get help ??? And how did that fibroscan throw that reading its not accurate .i have not drank since dec 2017 maybe that is why its all a mess . Judy
