Hi I had a transplant about 3 years ago. I’m sorry if I’m being a bit of a hypochondriac but as I turned over in my sleep I felt something “pull” in my right hand rib height mid torso. It was definitely there this morning but only on movement ie sitting down and turning. I am thinking I just pulled something as when I’m still no pain but wondered if anyone else had this experience and wether to think”liver” or just see if it improves. Pain when present is enough to take you breathe away. He’s hoping for a reply

?muscle pull or liver pain
Hi Denise
I had my tx one year ago. I have sometimes had the same feeling below my scar. It usually has been if I have carried something heavy or been to the gym. Always the right side. I put it down to muscles. I hope you are feeling better now. If it continues I suggest talking to gp.
Thanks I’m just having it checked out as it seemed worse this morning x
Hi after an overnight stay and ct blood tests all ok with liver. It seems to be just a muscle strain so I’m mightily relieved cx
Hi
So pleased that you are ok. You must feel so relieved. Love and hugs Lynne xxxc
Hi Denise
Had my TX some 20 months ago. I still have aches under scar especially down right side and occasionally very sharp pains that take your breath away! Apparently these could be due to surgical adhesions ‘letting go’ as the cut tissues remodel & repair. Good luck
