Hi there, thought I'd share. I drink hot water and lemon juice most mornings, it's really good for clearing out your body and good for the liver.x

I knew it was good if trying to lose weight. I suppose it’s about helping flush out toxins. Can’t hurt I suppose, anyway!

And it tastes great.... like a Lemsip without the paracetamol!

I love lemsip! My family hate it and have the capsules instead.

Yes, I have read that and do drink it. It is said to be good for stomach probs like reflux (even though it is acidic - apparently neutralises the acid) - that is if a person can take it ok.

Yeah it's probably not for everyone but I find it very refreshing.
