Hi, i used to have a problem with my joints so was prescribed diclofenac (voltarol) to deal with the inflammation. Unfortunately i had a reaction to that. All my LFTs went wayward and was showing signs of acute liver injury (brown urine etc etc). Stopped taking it and everything went back to normal. However, i found that even taking more milder anti inflammatory meds, e.g. ibuprofen, my LFTs would raise. I therefore had to stop taking any, which returned the blood tests back to around their normal ranges.
(PS - it wasn't the meds that resulted in my transplant. I'd stopped those way before i started showing any signs of liver disease. That was completely unrelated in my case).
