What is Himalaya 52?

Regardless, why not stay off Alcohol. Ask yourself if your life is significantly worse without it, or significantly better?

... and what does your doctor assign to that; have you sought a Doctor's opinion/medical advice with regard to same?

Hi Tbb-nb

The improvement in your GGT is more likely to be due to your stopping drinking alcohol than the herbal remedy you are suggesting.

The Trust does not recommend the use of alternative therapies for those with a liver condition and always recommend people speak to their liver doctor before considering any other remedy than that prescribed.
