As I sat outside the hospital after me endoscopy with (no sedation) on me own waiting for can feeling no one I can call as it was good news a women then sat next to me she had bad news about her mum and then another two women stood at bench (yes I was in smoking area!) none of us new each other and we all have each other information that the others may not no and courage from one another's stories of life and most of all that that feeling of love hope for others and our selfs so yes that was beautiful we all have one another a hug . Being there that was and is important as when you feel sad lonely or blue remember someone beside may be someone hurting too,

So remember never moan about the cab being late !! Had to make that last sentantance to make you lot laugh, that really did happen.

Hope you lot al ok and I just learnt by mistake how to

Space. Do chapters u know what I mean and I'm happy today to share that with everyone.
