Thanks for replying, just had ultrasound which showed stones ,LFT was ok wondered if There was connection with G/band and malabsorbtion. Jeanie34

Hi Jeanie, I am not sure you'll get a lot of advice here re. your post-gastric band surgery issues as this is a support page for liver health issues (your gall stones are have a link to the liver and there may be people who can offer advice re. those).

I would think if you are having complications following any surgery you should be seeking the advice from your surgical team or consultant as to what is expected and what is unusual.

Sorry can't be of more help, have more knowledge on the liver side of things.

Hi Katie, had :/ a today showing gallstones, my lifts were ok about two weeks ago ,just wondering if the two were related in someway thanks for replying. Jeanie
