Removal of polyphs in stomach lining

Can anyone tell me if they had polyps removed via endoscopy? I am having 2 small ones removed next week and wondered if it is a fairly quick procedure? After having gone through cancer treatment, I don't know why I am concerned but just need some guidance.

Hi, I had four removed about a year ago, I never felt a thing so no problem there. Whilst lying there A computer screen was angled at such an angle I actually watched them doing it. The reason for no pain is as it is internal there is no oxyegen , when sounds on the outer body get sore it is because of the oxygen in the air. I hope all goes well for you...

About fifty minutes plus about a thirty minute rest afterwards. Tea and biscuits any one..

Oh, I thought it would be just 20 minutes. The thought of that tube going down my throat for the second time this year! Hope it goes quickly
