You are the only one who knows the limitations of your body but I would say 'go for it'! Maybe check with your doc first to see what they think.

What tests was it you had that came back boarder line?
I would agree that you are the only one who knows your body and its limitations, also if you truly feel you are no longer experiencing the symptoms you were may be the issue has resolved its self?
I would speak your GP before you continue your training and you embark on the Marathon, to check they are happy you are able to do it – all being well I hope you enjoy it, GOOD LUCK!
