I suggest you visit your gp and discuss your problem with him in depth. As far as a diet is concerned I feel certain that weight loss is a function of your personal body metabolism, ie how many calories you burn living from day to day,and how many calories you put in your mouth. I have dieted and lost weight successfully using this approach. If you need support and assistance to do this then weightwatchers and similar may be of use but it is really a change mental approach that is needed. I measured the food I consumed,a balanced diet, and counted the calories the ingredients contained. There are calorie tables available everywhere to help you. I used an app called ' Noom' which worked for me. Hope I have been of use and the best of luck, if I did it,so can you if the will is there.

Hi have a look at dr cabot liver cleanse diet(you can buy a nearly new book on amazon for a couple of pound).i don't follow it strictly but when I feel rough it does help plus it inspires you to rethink your diet.
