Out with the old….in with the new!

Time for new shoes! My early Christmas present arrived last week and I LOVE them 😍. Exactly the same style/make/size as my old ones, bought two years ago - which are looking rather sad now! Tried the new ones out on a lovely 8k trail run, that I haven’t run for years. Terrain was mixed - wet grass, slippy mud and loose stones which tested the comfort and traction - all good 👍 Photo of Squiggy in comments below.

Well, in that case I'm sure you'll wish them a fond farewell. I got quite sentimental when I binned my first pair but the tendon injury they caused made it a simple decision 😂

I have been very patient, but eventually it just had to be done - the old ones are definitely past it with holes etc!

Ha ha I’ll never be a fast runner I’d rather be able to run for endurance than speed . I always say I’m not built for speed I’m built for comfort 🤣🤣
