NRC having a brain fart?

I started the NRC 10k plan a couple of weeks ago. Completed week 1, moved on to week 2, went back to do more, but the plan and all the completion records are gone!

I can see on my activity record which of the runs I have done, but when I eventually found the plan again, my app says week 1 and week 2 are incomplete.

Is this a known glitch or is it just my app having a brain fart?

How annoying! Sorry, no idea. But just wanted to commiserate as I can imagine how annoying this must be.

It is glitchy! I haven’t had that particular problem but it’s not too surprising. You could just play part of the run (you don’t have to do all of it for it to count) when you’re out for a walk and stop it-that might get your tick.

Hope it resolves!

It's definitely a glitch It's happened to me. I find sometimes the app won't stop and it doesn't record that you've done that run. I've had to delete the app and then install it again but I'm enjoying the half marathon from NRC
