A slow run today and it was very comfortable.

I tried to save my strength because I have a busy day ahead of me, but I ran all the way to the chapel. I'm slowly coming back!

I tried new shoes, but they are not good:

- on the one hand, they are too big - my foot size is 40 and they don't make them that small.

- and then they have a seam so awkwardly placed that it blisters my heel.

They weren't exactly cheap, you'd think it would be great, but it's not.

My last pair of shoes from Lidl were absolutely brilliant, I have bought them repeatedly,

but they disappeared from the menu. I would pay twice the original price for them, if only they existed. Why do they stop making good stuff? 🥲

Happy running! :-)

It is not possible to return the shoes, I have already tried them in the field.
