We've been so lucky with the sunshine, it's really great being home and doing a bit more as time goes by, next goals are walks and drive, I haven't driven since beginning of July

Slow is good. That is a Cabbage White and a Red Admiral you have spotted. We have seen a few Peacocks this year. We keep seeing an Orange Fritillary which lands on the forest path in front of us…easy to think that they are positive messengers 🙂

Thanks, I have no choice, I can't believe how hard it is just to get up and move around but it's better every day 😁 and not so long ago I lay in hospital.all day hooked up to meds and fluids, at least now I can cook my food and clear away after 😁
