For those of you that do Kettlebells what do you do about activity trackers?
I wear my Garmin on my left wrist and am really worried about damaging it. This morning's workout was ok as I was just really careful when I racked it (felt a bit awkward though!). Some of the workouts I do have snatches and I can't see that I can do them without smashing my lovely new watch

My calorie burns are pretty pants anyway because I'm small so I have MFP set up at what I know is my maintenance and don't add in any exercise burns.
It's funny because when I got the watch I said I was only going to wear it for running but have absolutely fallen in love with all the other stuff it does 😂
At the weekend my Mum asked me how I'd got the back of my legs so tanned and I very proudly announced "running".
She's on some crazy diet 5:2 and eating less than 1000 calories even on non-fasting days so I keep trying to persuade her that getting active would be a better way to go. The tan may just clinch it for her 😂
It's ridiculously low - dangerous IMO! Unfortunately I grew up with the same sort of attitude - lived on coffee and cigarettes in my late teens and early 20s 🤢 Luckily I discovered how to stay slim healthily and ditch the starvation tactics
I wear my fenix 5 in the gym but take it off for certain machines as I find afterwards I get bruises on my inner wrist from wrist pump or banging it on machines, never notice it at the time just afterwards. I don't track workouts as it seems pointless and innacurate plus my workouts are multiple cardio ie row, cycle, stepper etc etc and then weights it would be a pain to enter them all.
