We’ve recently had a number of posters reporting issues with their email notifications not coming through as they used to. I thought it would be useful to put together a post with things to try and what to do if that doesn’t work.
1) Check your Email preference settings are correct
Follow this link and it will show you which emails you’re signed up to receive…

Or click the “Menu” button (it looks like three bars with the word “menu” written below) to bring up a menu called “Email preferences ”.
Make sure every email you want to receive has a blue tick next to it. If it hasn’t, click the box next to the email you want and a blue tick will appear.
Make sure the “Digest frequency” is set to “Daily” (or however often you would like emails to arrive).
I’ve attached a screenshot below to show what it should look like if you want every email as often as possible! It’s not recommended to get a notification every time someone posts!
2) Check your spam folder
If that all looks good, go to your email and open up your spam/junk folder. You might find all your missing emails there! If they are, you might have a “This is not spam” link you can click depending on your email provider. Sometime just moving spam into your inbox means it will be recognised as wanted email. You can also add the following email address to your contacts…

3) None of that has worked!
If trying the steps above hasn’t worked, you’ll need to contact Health Unlocked support directly to get some further help. They’re best placed to ask the right questions and you’re in the best position to provide the answers they need. Here’s the email address…
