Finished week 4 of Ju Ju's magic plan

This week has been encouraging. On Thursday I did a 2 and a bit mile run over my favourite route and followed up with some hill sprints. On Saturday I did a road/tarmac route over 5Km and got a PB. Then today I did my long run of 8 Km. I am surprised how good my pace is on the longer runs. The pace seems to naturally carry over from the shorter runs...almost like magic!

🍏🤣Not called the Magic plan for nothing! Well done 👍 I am busy with NRC trying to get back up to 5K so I can then tackle Ju Ju again… this is encouraging!!

Fantastic! It’s so great when you can see the progress you’ve made. It won’t be long before that 10k will be yours!

Yes, I do feel really positive about the plan. Patience is the main thing I need most of now.
