Runkeeper 10k training program

Just wanted to confirm (as this came up in an earlier post): the 10k training plan on Runkeeper is only free for the first three workouts, that is, the first week only. After that you have to buy a monthly or yearly subscription to continue to have access to the program's workouts.

I did the first three, and they were all interval training, which got a bit monotonous. Another thing I didn't really like was that you can't see what the future workouts will involve until you've done all of the previous ones. I prefer having a bird's eye view of the whole plan!

I'm looking forward to going back to the NRC 10k plan!

I am sure others who use Runkeeper will comment.

I didn’t use a specific training plan to get to 10k but did abide by the 10% rule. However, many on here have used the forums very own Magic 10 plan ( link below or should be in pinned posts). Might be worth taking a look. Good luck! 🙂
