I remember back in the day when I did C25k - it should really have been called C2thirtyminutes because few of us got to 5k in 30 minutes Now I feel, the same about B210K - should really be called B2onehour
Well I have got to the 1 hour - actually did 1 hour 10 minutes last week . But I think I am going to have to get it out to 1 hour 30 mins to reach that 10K mark . I wont go any further/longer - and as I will not be running any 10K events I guess I don't need to speed the pace up . At age 76, I mix with a small number of very fast runners in the 70-90 yo age group - but 99% of my other fellows are not running at any pace for 90 minutes. I seem to be stuck in the middle of a small group who can - and a very large group who can't. I find it to be a very lonely place to be actually.

First of all, look at the pinned posts and claim your 60min graduate badge! There are two badges on this forum: 60min and 10k and it's up to you how far you'd like to run.
Why do you say you're stuck in the middle? Do you always run as part of a group? While some of us post our times on here most don't, and you would probably be surprised at how many of us are running at a similar pace to yours. You're probably part of a much larger group than you think
