Hi

I’d like to claim my 10k badge after running the Cardiff Bay 10k last Sunday.

I was slow ( 1 hour 20 mins) but it did happen and I will try and improve my time over summer whilst deciding if this my limit distance wise.

Hi, yesterday I was planning to do a 9k run, building up to 10K, but it was such a beautiful day, I felt good and I knew just a little further would bring me to 10K and (more importantly!!!!) a cafe! Taken me a long time to reach my target, but kept going and feel very proud of myself. Please could I have my 10K badge? Thank-you 😊
