A beautiful day, so like Instructor57 , I could not less this one pass. Off late morning for a run on the local trails. I ran a little further today but kept my pace slow๐. Canโt lie, I did find this run tough in places - the terrain perhaps, a little undulating in places too, who knows?๐คทโโ๏ธ It was however, very beautiful, as you can see from the photos - spring sunshine replacing the overcast conditions we have had for the past few days. And sheep of course, plenty of sheep! They always make me smile!๐๐๐

Well done Sandraj39 that looks like a lovely route to run. ๐ I want to do more trail running this year. I think Chichester Parkrun is off-road so I might do that to start off with. ๐ค For me, the hardest part with trail runs is ignoring your pace when youโre used to road running! ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ
That sounds like a wonderful run. Lovely photos. I'm a bit jealous being able to see sheep as it's very arable round my area. Any lambs?
Excellent!Definitely too nice to miss today ๐
Love the pictures, looks like a great trail run .
Well done !
Just super... very well done you!
It was a lovely morning this morning...You did so well... and 7K too... trail running can be testing, but you obviously enjoyed it !
It as a day good to miss... I got out there.. too !
Beautiful photographs x
Yes, testing in places but I took care - walked up part of a hill because I was SO slow, walking was probably quicker! ๐ข๐คฃ I enjoyed taking some pics too!๐ท๐
Ha ha.. I almost walked the last bit of my run this morning... I sort of mumbled up the hill!
that sounds a lovely run ย Sandraj39 . Youโve definitely got to get out on such a lovely day. Iโm really pleased I volunteered at parkrun yesterday so I ran RunWalkLocal today in the sun. โ๏ธ
Just think there will be lambs with those sheep soon.
Thanks Dexy5 - Iโve not heard of RunWalkLocal? Are you doing a post?๐
This link is the last time I did it on 5 February. I was really pleased with a 33.03 PB today, and hope to work towards a sub 33 again.
The link doesnโt work so just click on my avatar and see my previous post.
What a great run. Gorgeous scenery and blue skies. ๐๐โโ๏ธโ๏ธ
Iโve quite recently started running more trails and Iโve been amazed how much harder it can be on the old legs. I havenโt had aches and pains like Iโve had after a train run since I was doing the early weeks of c25k! It must be the terrain working everything harder to stay upright compared with a road!
Hopefully thereโll be lambs soon!
Well done! Nice weather and pics today. The Parkrun I do has dips and hollows, pot holes, tree roots, and cow's! so always have to watch out and keep well away from the cow's, I shout horse raddish! as I pass them and they stay where they are, it can also work with sheep if mint sauce is uttered..๐๐
That looks and sounds just perfect! It is inspiring! I plan to run again tomorrow, without tracking!
That looks a beautiful place to run ๐
Well done Sandraj39 on you great trail run and of course beautiful pictures. Itโs so grand isnโt it when you can explore terrains like this and as for the sheep they do make us smile and I much prefer them to cows ๐๐๐
I agree, the weather yesterday definitely made it a โrun dayโ ๐โ๏ธ I also hit the trails ๐ถ๐พ๐
Looks gorgeous! Iโm promising myself that in the summer Iโm going to drive up the mountain and try some trail running!๐๐ปโโ๏ธโฐ๏ธ๐
Looks lovely! I am trying trail running on these Welsh hills. There are a few lambs about here.... early so stay here please sun!
