Managed to get W3 completed today so π€Iβll start W4 at the weekend. Iβm not rushing C25k this time to give my hip chance to recover from each run. So not only do I run like a π’ but Iβm like a π getting through the weeks but hey ho. I will get back to running πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

Snails rock! Totally. Huge well done you, this is the way to go...Your hip needs the rest in between and you are simply taking notice of that.
