Yesterday I treated myself to some new gear from Decathlon, and I was keen to try some of it out this morning.Coming down the stairs yesterday evening, I managed to miss the bottom step and twisted my ankle. It could be a lot worse I know, but a day (at least) on the IC was not in my plans!

More to self, don't be a numpty and put the stairs light on!!

Argh that’s rubbish! Hopefully it’s a quick one to heal and you get to enjoy your new kit.

Gosh yes! 😳. I stupidly did the same the other evening while also balancing cups, laptop, specs, laundry in/under my arms 🫣. I told myself off for being so dumb! 🙈

I hope it’s nothing serious and you won’t be laid up for long, Epsom Salts in the bath would help with inflammation

Rest up meanwhile and eat healthily. Healing foods - vitamin B-rich etc 😀👍
