Tim’s Run- East Suffolk

I wasn’t able to run yesterday so today was the day to run in memory of Tim. I did 5k round my village and tried to remember Tim’s sound advice about conversational pace (I’ve never been good at that!) and enjoying the run. If you don’t enjoy it, then what’s the point? There are always positives to take from any run 😊

May Tim rest in peace and I hope his family and friends know what a support he was to us all on HU.
