After a very full week it was great to get out this afternoon I was treated to really beautiful weather! I did a warm up walk and crossed the river as in the photo and then ran a stray pace for 26 minutes. Pleased with that and looking forward to a few more before I go ‘up north’ for a family visit at the weekend

It was absolutely beautiful out. Along the way I was admiring the gorgeous views and trees but didn’t dare stop to take photos as I don’t think I would have managed to get going again!

Taking pics usually messes up my nike run club app and music! Pesky tech. I also mainly take them while walking too. Know exactly what you mean about getting going when you’ve slowed down. That can be HARD!
