Hi, I have completed wk5 of Ju Ju's distance plan and am set to start Wk6 today. The issue I'm going to have for the next two weeks is actually finding the time to fit all 3 runs in. The kids are off school for half term and I also need to attend the office for work on days I normally wouldn't.
So what should I aim to do as a minimum in order that I don't lose the progress I have made so far? This week I'll be attempting a 9k but today it the only day I'm guaranteed to have the time. Should I go ahead and try the 9k straight away and does it matter if I then don't get the chance to do the other two runs?? Or should I try to stretch the weeks out a bit?

I had weeks with two runs because of life! I would just do what you can realistically fit in and not worry too much. I’d do all the runs but spread over a longer week rather than skipping them, but that’s just based on what worked for me when I did the magic plan.
It sounds like you’re doing brilliantly. This won’t knock you off course. We all have times where we run less than we’d like to. Just pick up the three runs when you can and maybe try a bit of strength training at home if that’s possible where running isn’t.
Yes you can do the runs of a week in any order, and a ‘week’ can last as long as you need. The only thing I’d say is don’t miss out the rest day between runs.
