Think I've become a runner. ........ or bonkers

Home at 2am after a delayed flight with no running for 2 weeks. Do I stay in bed & rest? No up and out for an hours run at 7:00am

Runner or bonkers? Or both?

All runners are a bit bonkers aren’t they? Definitely both! There’s something great about a run when you’ve been stuck in traffic or on a delayed plane/train etc. I think the freedom is extra sweet

Runner! Albeit a bonkers one 🤣. Well done, I’d have been snoozing.
