It’s cold but I did it

Got out there - cold - I hate you. But sun made it awesome and wasn’t cold after 3 minutes. So glad a did. Plus got to run under these beauties

Well done on your run. This is my favourite time of the year. I just love spring and seeing buds on the trees, cherry blossoms, tulips and daffodils. I’m just back in from a doggie walk. It is a beautiful morning.

Me too love the flowers birds babies, I just stock up on allergy pills - if someone thinks I cry while runnning, I hope they think it’s cause I’m just soooo happy

Well done! If it feels just a little nippy when you initially get out you'll probably feel OK when you've been moving for a few minutes.

Well done on getting out there. I quite like that shock you get when you first step out in the cold, knowing it'll soon pass. Plus there's the satisfaction of running past everyone else all wrapped up in their coats and jackets and scarves.Springtime sunshine makes it even better
