I just “Jeffed” (is that the correct term 😂) for the first time after months of feeling rough and lacking energy and motivation, provably due to having covid in November. Not run in over a month so thought I’d try this technique and it definitely works for me. I did a 3:1 minute ratio this time but may adjust over time. I WILL get to that 10K 😂🏃🏼♀️

Yes, run/walk intervals are often called Jeffing.
You can often be faster overall doing that than doing a continuous run.
