Tales from the IC : Row Row Row your Run (#6)

I am still hovering on the brink of the IC couch, but I have now become a virtual runner in Zwift’s Watopia! So I am running with other treadmill runners, and thus it might have been appropriate to post this in here. My Watopia runner-self even posts all her runs to Strava - with pictures I took of her whilst working out! How cool is that!!!

But as it’s actually cross training with my indoor rower, I’ll post my progress over at S&F and hope I can drag a few reluctant runners over there, where we are having a lot of fun working out, yoga-ing and cross-training including my explorations into the world of ”rowed-running”.

Link is here healthunlocked.com/strength...

And big thanks goes to Julia-P who inspired me to keep Watopia in my mind when exploring how to get motivated on my rower.

So feel invited to hop on over to S&F and have a read of how much fun I’ve had row-running around Watopia. See you there!
