Oh no! I think it is so important to keep the NHS branding. There are other Couch to 5K plans out there which are less accessible.

Thanks so much for the update - I've a friend I want to send that way as she is going to be required to do high impact exercise which bends her foot joints after an upcoming procedure (involving a hammer, ugh)
