Tried C25K+ Speed again today... After Lime Green Laura had taken about 7 mins to find my location I wasn't in the best mood and by finishing the podcast with only about 13 mins of running I didn't think it was a particularly good run (not even enough for some Bounts!). However, just plugged in LGL and she reckons I did my fastest km and fastest mile (4:39.5 and 7:33.2 respectively).
