Steady 6.71 mile run this morning it very warm on the coast so no PBs this morning, although ended up with a 2nd fastest 10K 1.05.42, which I thought was good, now for some breakfast and a bru, a chill out day as its my last weekend of my 2 weeks off, back to work Monday..😫..

Well, we can’t have PB’s on every run otherwise we’d either be in hospital or on the TV!
