So I set myself the goal of consolidating 10K every week, and last night was the first.
I set out with the aim of starting at 7min/Km and trying to stay as close to that as possible. I generally set off too quick and really lag towards the end.
I’m happy with the effort, and kept my splits pretty consistent - could do better.
A 5.5k run on Sunday and I will have hit 30K this week - it’s been a good one!
