Well took another 0.84 seconds off my PB time for 5k Was 31.36 min got it down to 30.52 min 👊👊 happy with that was a wet nd muggie one this morning but very injoyable tho especially with a new PB..😃😃

Definitely enjoying running, and doing one 30min and one gradually longer run each week. Will be 40mins this evening. Looks like a nice evening in store...
