This morning I ran two runs, the first was a short 3K around the park only 3 minutes from where I live, the second one was with a member of my walking club which I attend on a Thursday morning. This man tried C25K about 2 years ago but gave up at week 4, this morning I ran with him run 1 of week 5 and I congratulated him after the run on getting to week 5, I will see him tomorrow for the walk, he says he will run, run 2 of week 5 on Friday and has asked me to join him for run 3 of week 5 next Monday which I will do.

Congratulations Ian, well deserved. I remember you giving me sound advice when I was doing the C25K. Iβm sure your great advice and tips will keep runners inspired and motivated ππ»
You'll be great Ian! I haven't been looking at the forum for months! Lost heart and stopped running due to injury after injury. Thinking about re-starting without battering myself! We'll see.Anyway, great news about you being an Ambassador and hope your running is going well!
