After my 10Mile Run on Saturday, I wondered if I'd need a day or so more Running rest, had a rest day Sunday, done my workout yesterday, and felt no niggles this morning,
so off I set for a wee 5K slow run.. was hot out already at 7.30am..
All was fine, knees were good to achy calfs..
Wish I could say the same for my Tec.. π₯Ί
Thought ide fully charged my iPod after it giving up at 10K mark on Saturday,
But nope wouldn't even turn on this morning .. anyway away I went without it.. really miss my music while running..
Had to pause my Garmin on the 4K mark to cross a very busy road and forgot to restart it.. didn't notice till I thought it should have have buzzed my 5K.. π€ͺ
So I had to carry on to 6K so I could register a 5K run.. mad how stats get in your head π
Was a good run anyway.. glad all feels good..
