I am duing juju 10k. Up to 8 k very slow 69mins today did 5 k and ended up walking !! So 5 k was 44 mins

Good time for 8 km and getting out there . I was walking early at 6.30 am nice and cool 9 degrees nice 5km . Happy running 🏃‍♀️

Unfortunately we haven’t been able to get used to the heat gradually this year. Do that run again next week , maybe earlier in the day. Wearing a peaked running hat will also help keep you cool.
