Had a lovely early Sunday morning run. I used the NRC 45 minute guided run (I enjoy the company ) I managed my best distance to date over the 45 minutes, 6.86k.
I'm still running 3 times a week since I graduated, a 20 minute run, a 5k run and the 45 minute run. I slip a 1 mile run in some weeks as well. I still walk 5 miles every day and my run is included in this.
I'm still aiming for the 30 minute 5k and hope I can manage to do it before September (my 70th birthday) but if not, it's still a goal to aim for.
I have to say that C25K is the best thing that happened to me in a long time. I don't think I've enjoyed anything as much.
