Feeling down, not in a good place at the moment, lonely in a fairly dark place, so when the Gremlins started on at me about my Back issues, and you know your knee feels tight, and anyway why bother thay nearly defeated me. But on with the kit shorts short sleave top and Reebock float 3's few warm up leg swings and out, warm up walk a bit of a different route same elevation but a less steep route. Got to the Run part and as per usual the vfirst ten was awful, then I settled down a bit, had already decided of a plan B route to shorten if need be, realised this was going to give me too easier an out so scrapped it and stuck to plan A. Was not an easy Run nor was it fast the hills were a huge struggle but, I did it am know running a bath to ease the aches, have a good evening all.

So sorry that you are not in a good place at the moment. But you beat those gremlins and went for a run - I am impressed, that shows real determination! So do give yourself a pat on the back for that 👏Hopefully the next one will be a little easier - let us know 🤗
Fab you kicked the gremlins in the butt and got your run done! Not easy when things are feeling wrong. I can't help but make shapes out of run routes and yours looks a bit like a mouse holding a bit of string. I think its the patch of green making an eye. Bit of a strange rear end tho 😄
Sorry you are currently in a bad place, but it’s so good you were able to prove to yourself that even though you feel bad you can still achieve a fantastic run, and can even go the distance. Keep going out, every achievement adds up to a bigger achievement. Happy running 🤗
I know that feeling of feeling low and running, and sometimes the running helps and sometimes it doesn't but it shard not to feel good about having run. Whatever else is happening, that was action, something you did, something hard in parts and you have DONE. IT. So go Kevin! will think of you next time I am running. Wish you well.
