Hard week this week as I've had a break away. Started with the 3k run on Monday morning, which was my first outdoor run!, completed before setting off for the week. Planned to do a Wednesday run whilst away, however too many takeaways stopped me! So I completed run 2 on my arrival home from my trip on Friday (5k) and run 3 completed today (6k) - final 2 runs on treadmill!
I enjoyed the outdoor run and did better than I thought I would (pic attached). It was quite windy, but this was nice as there's no air-con at the gym due to covid!
Bring on week 3!
