I posted earlier about my run this morning, but I meant to tell you something that made me laugh. As I passed by the big Dulux dog who stood at its gate barking at me, as I went by it’s owner came to the gate asking the dog ‘what’s up, whose there’, then I heard the chap say ‘oh....it’s only a walker........’!!

I can identify with that! My Garmin is constantly trying to undermine me - even when I press RUN my watch continually flashes START WALK? at me - so rude 🤐🙄

I remember one of the older runners on here saying he slowed down as he ran up a hill and heard the words......’Workout Paused’......😂 so could be worse !
