GC plan...

What happens when you pause your plan? Does anyone know? Will it continue where you left off or will it increase the load to get the training in by the race date?

Garmin have finally agreed my watch is up the creek so it's going back for replacement...

EDIT - I intend to keep running, but my coach won't know that!

If you pause it you can restart where you left off. I just moved my “run date” on and GC gave me extra runs.

Thanks, mine is for an actual race, so hopefully they'll get me to my target by that date.
