Had my first ‘fail’ a few days ago. Well not really a fail as I still got out and ran. For the life of me, I couldn’t complete the W10R1 then. My legs felt heavy and tired. Took an extra days rest and tried again. What a difference. Feeling positive and strong. Chipping away towards my ultimate goal of a half marathon.

Well done on getting back out there. As you said it isn’t a fail if you’re not sitting on the couch. Nice pace as well 👏👏 I used the BUPA plan to get to HM which I found ok. Good luck.
