Get back up and running after injury

I completed the couch to 5k at the end of December and on my final run I twisted my ankle! I was only able to start running again in the last few weeks, but because of the work done already, I was able to get back to the 5k really quickly and now ready to step up to the 10k. I feel so much better now I'm back running, I can't believe how much I missed it.

Great news you’re back running. Have a look at JuJu’s magic plan here on the bridge. You can do either a timed version or a distance one, or as a lot of us do start with the timed one and then move on to the distance one after. Good luck with your future journey. 🤞
