Not the quickest pace (have only managed a sub 6 minutes once for 5k), but I didn't stop.

That’s great 👍 and almost exactly the same time as I did my first 10km in 2 years ago. But don’t be afraid to take a walk or stop and stretch if anything feels tight. Good luck on your next one.

Congratulation on completing your first 10K, you should be very proud of yourself, to get your graduation badge and the words Graduate10 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the HealthUnlocked March Graduate10 Homepage and tell the administrators that you have ran your first 10K

Thanks for that. I'm still carrying extra weight which doesn't help. Hope to get rid of that in the next few months. Lost 25kg so far, another 9 to go.

It is. My goal is to eventually run to Trafalgar Square from home (about 18 km) when lockdown finally ends in June/July.

That's a perfectly respectable time for a first 10km. My current PR for it is 69 minutes.

Amazing .. congratulations
