Isn’t it just lovely.....

I set off on the final week of Ju Ju’s Magical Plan this morning. I chose the thirty minutes bit, knowing there’ll be a slot for a twenty minutes run somewhere during the week, leaving the 60 mins run for next weekend. I shall have my usual custard slice in the kitchen awaiting my return! During the five minute warm up I was passed by a family of four, mum dad and two young kids out on their bikes on a sunny but crisp Sunday morning. ‘Good Morning.....’ we all said. No more than a few minutes later, two more runners, an three more cyclists had whizzed by, all saying ‘Hi, or ‘morning’. The Black Pol cattle were out tucking in to breakfast, and the newly arrived chickens at the house on the corner were clucking away merrily. On I went round the corner and up the hill. Then came two riders on horses, one a chestnut one, the other a lovely looking grey. ‘Morning we all said’. Soon after another runner in a luminous orange top, and a dog walker had all said hello. Far too soon my run was over but I’d wished I’d chosen the 60 as I’d loved it all. Better times are just around the corner........stay safe all.
